At Khazana Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with original packaging and tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
  • Refund will be issued via the original payment method

Return Shipping:

  • A flat rate return shipping fee of Rs 400 will be charged
  • Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer

Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fee — returns are free of any additional charges

Final Sale Items:

  • All items are eligible for return — no final sale restrictions

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will guide you through the return process
  4. Once item is received and inspected, refund will be processed
